Motivation! Sometimes we need a goal to get our training on track. Last year I was really struggling to get my confidence and motivation to run consistently. So I signed up for the London landmarks Half Marathon. It's been a tough few months but I'm ready for the start line and running for such an amazing charity Maggie Centres makes the work worthwhile.
